The NLAS323 is a dual SPST (single pole single throw) methylcobalamin equivalent to 1/2 a standard 4066. The device allows independent selection of 2 analog/digital signals. Features ultra-small 8 encapsulation. Utilizing an advanced 0.6 micron CMOS process, the on-resistance performance has been greatly improved compared to previous higher voltage technologies.
