The FSA4480 is a high-performance USB Type-C disconnect multimedia switch supporting analog audio headband devices. The FSA4480 allows shared USB Type-C breakout sharing to pass USB2.0 signals, analog audio, sideband using wires, and analog microphone signals. The FSA4480 also supports high voltage for the SBU port and USB port on the rectangular side of the USB Type-C.

High-Performance Silicon-Gate CMOS MC74HC4051A, MC74HC4052A, and MC74HC4053A use silicon-gate CMOS technology to achieve fast propagation delay, low on-resistance, and low off-leakage current. These analog multiplexers/demultiplexers control analog voltages that vary over the full supply range from VCC to VEE. The pin-out of the HC4051A, HC4052A and HC4053A is identical to the metal gate MC14051AB, MC14052AB and MC14053AB. The channel select input determines which analog input/output is connected to the common output/input via an analog switch. When the enable pin is high, all analog switches are off. Channel select and enable inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull-up resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. These device designs are also more linear in on-resistance (RON) with respect to input voltage than metal-gate CMOS analog switches.
