The NLAS5223B is an advanced CMOS analog switch fabricated on a submicron silicon gate CMOS process. The device is a dual independent single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with an ultra-low RON of 0.5 Ω at VCC = 3.0 V. This part also guarantees a break-before-make (BBM) switch, ensuring that the switch will never short the driver.

The NLAS325 is a dual SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switch equivalent to 1/2 a standard 4066. The device allows independent selection of 2 analog/digital signals. Features ultra-small 8 encapsulation. Utilizing an advanced 0.6 5 CMOS process, the on-resistance performance has been greatly improved compared to previous higher voltage technologies.
