The MC74VHC1G66 is an advanced high speed CMOS bidirectional analog switch fabricated on a silicon gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed propagation delay and low on-resistance while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS. This bidirectional switch controls analog and digital voltages that vary over the full supply range (VCC to GND). The MC74VHC1G66 is functionally compatible with the single-gate high-speed CMOS MC74VHC4066 and the metal-gate CMOS MC14066. The device design offers much lower on-resistance (RON) than metal-gate CMOS or high-speed CMOS analog switches, and is more linear with respect to input voltage. The on/off control input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs; with pull-up resistors, it is compatible with LSTTL outputs.

The NS5B1G385 is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST), high-speed, TTL-compatible switch. The low resistance and capacitance characteristics of this switch make it suitable for low distortion audio, video and data routing applications. The switch has a normally open logic configuration, that is, the switch is turned on when IN is high (NO is connected to COM). These switches feature SC-70-5 and TSOP-5 (SOT-23-5) encapsulation and operate over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
