The FSV1060V Schottky diode offers breakthrough size and performance. The device is suitable for mobile charger applications. For charger design, it draws only 13 mA reverse current at high temperature and provides 0.2 V forward voltage drop at 1 A operating current. All of these features are provided in a small flat-lead TO-277 encapsulation for space-constrained applications. The FSV1060V supports a typical Z-height of 1.1 mm. It is RoHS compliant and halogen free. It can also be used in wave welding processes.
