Diode/Bridge Rectifier

This Schottky diode uses the Schottky diode barrier principle and uses platinum barrier metal. This advanced device is suitable for high frequency switching power supplies and converters up to 48 V output. The device blocks voltages up to 200 volts and provides improved Schottky diode performance at frequencies from 250 kHz to 5.0MHz.
