The NC7SZ00 is a two-input NAND single-gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra-Speed family. The device is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed and high output drive while maintaining low static power consumption over a very wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate from 1.65 to 5.5V VCC. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input is tolerant to 6V regardless of VCC operating voltage.

The FXL2T245 is a configurable dual voltage supply translator for unidirectional and bidirectional voltage translation between two logic levels. The device enables voltage translation between as high as 3.6V and as low as 1.1V. The A port tracks the VCCA level and the B port tracks the VCCB level. Bidirectional voltage translation between multiple voltage levels: 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The device will remain 3-stated until both VCCs reach active levels, allowing either VCC to power up first. If either VCC is removed, an internal power-down control circuit places the device in 3-state. The transmit/receive (T/R#) input determines the direction of data flow through the device. When the OE#E input is high, it places both the A port and the B port in a 3-state state, thereby disabling both. The FXL2T245 is also designed so that the control pins (T/R# and OE#) are powered by VCCA.
