The NC7SV11 is a single 3-input AND gate, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power-A (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. This product is suitable for wide low-voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V) VCC and applications requiring more drives and higher speed than the TinyLogic ULP series, but still provides best-in-class low-power operation. Specifically designed to optimize power and speed, the NC7SV11 is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology, enabling high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power consumption.

The MC74LCX14 is a high-performance six-way inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs that operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V. High-impedance TTL-compatible inputs significantly reduce input driver current loading, while TTL-compatible outputs improve switching noise performance. The VI specification of 5.5 V enables the MC74LCX14 inputs to be safely driven from 5 V devices. The pin configuration and function are the same as MC74LCX04, except that the input has hysteresis and has Schmitt trigger function, so the LCX14 can be used as a line receiver to receive slow input signals.
