6-Channel, 2V to 5.5V Inverter 14-PDIP -40 to 85 with Open-Drain Outputs

MC74HC365A has the same pinout as LS365. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs; pull-up resistors are included for compatibility with LSTTL outputs. The device is a high-speed hex buffer with 3-state outputs and two common active-low output enables. When either enable is high, the buffer output is placed in a high impedance state. The HC365A has non-inverting outputs.

The FXGL2014 is a 4-channel converter for interfacing between 3.3-V LVTTL chipset I/O and Xeon processor GTL–/GTL/GTL+ I/O. The FXGL2014 integrates ESD protection on all terminals with TSSOP encapsulation (5.0 mm × 4.4 mm). The device specifications are based on a free-air temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
