The NC7ST32 is a high performance single 2-input CMOS OR gate with TTL compatible inputs. An advanced silicon-gate CMOS fabrication process ensures high-speed and low-power circuit operation. ESD protection diodes are built-in to protect the VCC and GND rails of the input and output. High gain circuitry provides high noise immunity and reduces sensitivity to incoming edge rates. TTL-compatible inputs enable TTL to NMOS/CMOS interface. Device performance is similar to MM74HCT but output current drive is half of HC/HCT.
