The NCV7383 is a single-channel FlexRay transceiver compliant with the FlexRay Electrical Physical Layer Specification Revision 3.0.1, capable of communication speeds up to 10Mb/s. It provides differential transmit and receive functionality between the wired FlexRay communication medium on one side and the protocol controller and host on the other. The CV7383 mode control function is optimized for nodes that do not require extended power management through a transceiver permanently connected to the car battery like the NCV7381. NCV7383 is mainly suitable for turning off nodes by ignition. It has excellent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) performance.

The MM74HC08 AND gates are manufactured using an advanced silicon gate CMOS process, operating at speeds comparable to LS-TTL gates, with low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. The HC08 has buffered outputs for high noise immunity and is capable of driving 10 LS-TTL loads. The 74HC logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected from electrostatic discharge damage by clamping internal diodes to VCC and ground.
