The MM74HC74A is fabricated on an advanced CMOS process and operates at speeds comparable to LS-TTL parts. It has high noise immunity and low power consumption of a standard CMOS integrated circuit and can drive 10 LS-TTL loads. This flip-flop has independent data, preset, clear and clock inputs, and Q and Q# outputs. During the forward transition of the clock pulse, the logic level at the data input is transferred to the output. The preset and clear inputs are clock independent and are accomplished with a low on the appropriate input. The 74HC logic family is functionally and pin-out compatible with the standard 74LS logic family. All inputs are protected from electrostatic discharge damage by clamping internal diodes to VCC and ground.

The NC7SP04 is a single-channel inverter, part of the Ultra Low Power (ULP) series from Fairchild TinyLogic. Ideal for applications where battery life is critical, this product is designed for ultra-low power consumption over a 0.9V to 3.6V operating range. The internal circuitry consists of a minimum number of inverter stages (including output buffers) to achieve ultra-low quiescent and dynamic power.
