The NC7WP08 is a dual 2-input AND gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal buffer stage including output buffers for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption. The NC7WP08 is designed to optimize power consumption and speed. The use of an advanced CMOS process enables high-speed operation while maintaining extremely low power consumption in CMOS.
