The FODM121 series, FODM124 and FODM2701 include a Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diode driving a phototransistor within a compact 4-pin micro-flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 2.54 mm. The FODM2705 consists of two Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diodes connected in anti-parallel for AC operation.

The MCT52XXM family includes a high efficiency AlGaAs infrared emitting diode coupled with an NPN phototransistor within a six-pin dual column plug-incapsulation. MCT52XXM is suitable for CMOS and LSTT/TTL interface, provides 250% CTR CE(SAT), and LED input current is 1mA. The data rate can reach 20K bits/s while supplying 1.6mA LED input current. The MCT52XXM can easily interface LSTTL to LSTTL/TTL with data rates up to 100K bits/s when using external base-emitter resistors.
