FOD3150 is a 1.0A output current gate drive optocoupler that can drive most 800V/20A IGBT/MOSFET. It is ideal for fast switching driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications as well as high performance power systems.

The CNY17XM, CNY17FXM, and MOC810XM devices contain Gallium Arsenide infrared light-emitting diodes coupled to NPN phototransistors in dual-row plug-inencapsulation.

The MOC301XM and MOC302XM series are opto-isolated triac driver devices. These devices include GaAs infrared light-emitting diodes and light-activated silicon bidirectional switches that function like triacs. Suitable for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads at 115 VAC.
