The HMHAA280 consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes in anti-parallel to drive a silicon phototransistor in a compact 4-pin miniature flat encapsulation. Lead spacing is 1.27mm.

The MOC3051M, MOC3052M, and MOC3053M consist of a GaAs infrared light-emitting diode optically coupled to a non-zero-crossing silicon bidirectional switch (three-way device). These devices isolate low voltage logic from the 115 VAC and 240 VAC lines and provide random phase control of high current triacs or thyristors. These devices have enhanced static dv/dt capability to ensure stable switching performance for inductive loads.

The 6N137M, HCPL2601M, HCPL2611M single-channel and HCPL2630M, HCPL2631M dual-channel consist of an 850 nm AlGaAS LED optically coupled to a very high-speed integrated photodetector logic gate with tunable output. This output has an open collector allowing a wired OR output. Coupling parameters are guaranteed from -40°C to +85°C. Input signals up to 5mA provide a minimum output sink of 13mA (fan-out 8). Internal interference shielding provides excellent common-mode rejection, typically 10kV/µs. The HCPL2601M and HCPL2631M have a minimum CMR of 5kV/µs. The minimum CMR of the HCPL2611M is 10kV/?s.

The H11NX-M series features a high-speed integrated circuit detector optically coupled to an AlGaAs infrared light-emitting diode. The output incorporates a Schmitt trigger, providing hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. The detector circuit is optimized for operational simplicity and utilizes an open collector output for maximum application flexibility.
