TPS74801 1.5-A LDO with Programmable Soft-Start

The NCP334 and NCP335 are very low on-resistance MOSFETs controlled by an external logic pin to optimize battery life and autonomy in portable devices. Leakage current is eliminated by isolating the IC connected to the battery when not in use due to current consumption optimization achieved using a PMOS structure. An output discharge path is provided in the NCP335 version.
