The FAN73912 is a monolithic half-bridge gate driver integrated circuit for high-voltage and high-speed drive of MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +1200V. HIN's advanced input filter provides protection against short pulse input signals caused by interference. Advanced level shifting circuitry provides high side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8 V (typ) for VBS=15 V. A UVLO circuit prevents fault operation when VCC and VBS are below specified threshold voltages. Output drivers typically source and sink 2 A and 3 A, respectively.
