The NCP81074 is a single-channel, low-side MOSFET driver capable of sourcing/sinking up to 10A. The driver can deliver 7A peak current in the Miller plateau, overcoming the Miller effect of switching devices using MOSFETs. The split output configuration enables the ability to adjust the turn-on and turn-off slew rates. The series of parts feature SOIC8 and 2mm x 2mm DFN encapsulation.
