ON Semiconductor's AR0140AT is a 1/4 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280Hx800V effective pixel array. It can capture images in linear or HDR mode with rolling shutter readout. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera features such as intra-pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. It works well for both low light and high dynamic range scene performance. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0140AT produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing both continuous video and single frame images, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

AR1335 is a 1/3.2 inch CMOS active pixel digital image sensor with a pixel array of 4208H x 3120V. The AR1335 digital image sensor, with breakthrough 1.1 µm pixel technology, provides excellent image quality in low-light conditions through leading sensitivity, quantum efficiency and linear full well, comparable to digital still cameras. The AR1335's low power consumption and high main beam angle (CRA) for low altitudes make it ideal for applications in smartphones and other mobile devices. AR1335 integrates sophisticated on-chip camera functions, such as windowing, mirroring, column and row skip modes, snapshot mode. It can be programmed through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR1335 sensor can generate full-resolution images at 30 frames per second (fps), and supports advanced video modes including 4K 30fps, 1080P 60fps and 720P 120fps.
