The NCV8411 is a three-terminal protected low-side smart discrete FET. Protection features include Delta thermal shutdown, overcurrent, high temperature, ESD and integrated drain-gate clamp for overvoltage protection. The device also provides fault indication through the gate pin. This device is suitable for harsh automotive environments.
