This N-channel MOSFET is designed to increase the overall efficiency of DC/DC converters and can be used with synchronous switching PWM controllers or conventional switching PWM controllers. This MOSFET offers very low RDS(ON) in a small SOT23 footprint. Fairchild's PowerTrench technology provides faster switching speeds than other MOSFETs with comparable RDS(ON) specifications. Thus improving overall efficiency and reducing board space.
