This is an N-channel enhancement mode silicon gate power MOSFET suitable for switching regulators, switching converters, motor drivers, relay drivers, and high power bipolar switching transistor drivers requiring high speed and low gate drive power. This model can run directly on the integrated circuit. The previous development model was TA9771.
