The LCXH245 contains eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. This device is suitable for low voltage (2.5V and 3.3V) VCC applications. The T/R# input determines the direction of data flow through the device. The OE# input places the A and B ports in a high-impedance state, thereby disabling both. The LCXH245 uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS. The LCXH16244 data inputs include active bus-hold circuitry to hold unused or floating data inputs at valid logic levels without the need for external pull-up resistors.
