The FUSB307B is targeted at users who wish to implement up to four USB Type-C Port Controllers (TCPCs) with USB-PD functionality. This solution provides an integrated Type-C Rev 1.3 detection circuit that enables manual connect/disconnect detection. Time-critical power delivery functions are handled automatically, offloading the Processor or Type-C Port Manager (TCPM). The FUSB307B complies with version 1.0 of the USB-PD interface specification when used as a TCPC for a standardized TCPM interface.
