The NCP81147 is a single-phase solution with differential phase current sensing, sync input, remote ground power saving operation, and gate driver to provide accurately regulated power. Adaptive non-coverage gate drivers and power-save operation circuitry provide low switching loss and high energy efficiency for server, notebook and desktop systems. Provides a high performance running error amplifier that simplifies system compensation. NCP81147 features also include soft-start sequence, accurate overvoltage and overcurrent protection, UVLO for power rails, and high temperature shutdown.
