The NLAS4717 is an advanced CMOS analog switch fabricated on a submicron silicon gate CMOS process. The device is a dual independent single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch that offers two low on-resistances of 4.5 at 3.0V. This part also guarantees a break-before-make switch, ensuring that the switch will never short out the driver. The NLAS4717 features a 2.0 x 1.5 mm bumped chip array with a 3 x 4 solder bump arrangement. The solder bumps are spaced at 0.5 mm for easy handling.
