The MC74VHC125 is a wide high speed CMOS quad bus buffer fabricated in a silicon gate CMOS process. It achieves high-speed operation similar to an equivalent bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power consumption. The MC74VHC125 requires the 3-state control input (OEbar) to be set high to put the output in a high impedance state. This internal circuit consists of three stages, including a buffered output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The input withstand voltage is up to 7V, and it supports the interface from 5V system to 3V system.
