SD NAND FLASH second generation, driver-free, standard SDIO interface, compatible with SPI/SD/eMMC interface, compatible with major MCU platforms; built-in EDC/ECC, bad block management, garbage collection algorithm; machine-mountable, lock wafer and control device, high consistency; passed 10,000 random power-down tests, standard SD2.0 protocol, size 8.5mm x 7mm.
