The KA34063A is a monolithic voltage regulator subsystem used as a DC to DC converter. The device includes a temperature compensated bandgap reference, a duty cycle controlled oscillator, drivers and high current output switches. It can be used in step-down, step-up or inverting switching regulators as well as series bypass regulators.
