The LE25S20XA is a SPI bus flash memory device with a 2M-bit (256K × 8-bit) configuration. It uses a 1.8V power supply. While taking full advantage of the inherent features of serial flash devices, the LE25S20XA is available in an ultra-small 8-pin package. Thanks to the above features, the device is ideal for program storage in applications requiring ever-shrinking size. The LE25S20XA also features small sector clearing, making the device ideal for storing parameters or data with fewer rewrite cycles, which conventional EEPROMs cannot handle due to insufficient space.
