The NFL25065L4BT is a PFC SPM 2 module that provides a full-featured, high-performance, interleaved PFC (power factor correction) input power stage for consumer, medical, and industrial applications. The modules integrate optimized gate drive for the built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing several on-module protection features including under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, high-temperature monitoring, and fault reporting. The modules also feature full-wave rectifiers and high-performance output SiC diodes for greater space savings and easier placement.
