The QSE25x series are OPTOLOGIC ICs equipped with a Schmitt trigger at the output that provides hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. The basic building blocks of this IC consist of a photodiode, a linear amplifier, voltage regulator, Schmitt trigger, and four output options. The TTL/LSTTL compatible outputs can drive up to ten TTL loads over a corresponding supply current range of 4.5-16.0 volts. These devices are marked with colored stripes for easy identification.
